SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days from the moment the order is placed.
Processing includes preparing the order for shipment and handing the parcel over to the carrier.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) or on non-working days may be processed on the next business day.
Order processing takes place from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Time
Once the shipment has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days, depending on the recipient’s location and the selected delivery method.
Deliveries are carried out on business days from Monday to Saturday.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time includes:

shipping time (2-10 business days),
and amounts to 3 to 15 business days from the moment the order is placed.
Information on Possible Delays
The stated delivery times are estimated.
In exceptional situations beyond the seller’s direct control (such as increased logistics workload, holiday periods, customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays), delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
In the event of delays, we make every effort to ensure that the order is delivered as quickly as possible and that the customer is kept informed about the shipment status.

We provide support in clarifying the matter with the carrier and finding an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellation and Refund
If the order is not delivered within a timeframe that significantly exceeds the stated estimated delivery time, the customer has the right to contact us to clarify the situation or cancel the order in accordance with applicable laws.
